We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with expertise in social media management and content creation. The ideal candidate will have experience running effective campaigns, particularly for educational institutions. This role involves designing visually compelling graphics, managing social media platforms, and developing content strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Graphic Design:
- Create high-quality graphics, infographics, and visuals for various digital and print media.
- Design promotional materials such as banners, brochures, posters, and advertisements tailored for educational campaigns.
- Ensure all designs align with the institution’s branding and messaging guidelines.
- Social Media Management:
- Plan, schedule, and manage content across multiple social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
- Develop engaging posts, stories, and videos to attract and retain target audiences.
- Monitor and respond to audience interactions to build community and engagement.
- Content Creation:
- Develop creative, relevant, and engaging content for social media, blogs, and email campaigns.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to craft impactful messaging for campaigns.
- Stay updated on trends in education and social media to produce innovative content.
- Campaign Management:
- Design and execute social media campaigns tailored for educational institutes, targeting students, parents, and educators.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze metrics, and prepare reports to evaluate effectiveness.
- Optimize campaigns based on feedback and performance data.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with the marketing and admissions teams to align design and content with institutional goals.
- Liaise with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective design solutions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) as a Graphic Designer or Social Media Manager, preferably in the education sector.
- Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva).
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
- Experience running paid and organic campaigns for educational institutes.
- Exceptional creativity, visual design skills, and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Analytical skills to interpret social media metrics and adapt strategies accordingly.
Preferred Skills:
- Video editing and animation skills (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects).
- Knowledge of audience segmentation and targeting for educational campaigns.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
