Job Summary Cramaro Tarpaulin Systems is seeking a dependable, hands-on individual to join our manufacturing team. This position involves assembling truck tarping system components for shipment and installation, assisting with production in our metal shop, and supporting inventory control activities.Duties<ul><li>Assemble truck tarping system components according to drawings and specifications</li><li>Prepare parts and kits for shipping and customer installations</li><li>Read and interpret assembly drawings and work instructions</li><li>Perform basic metal shop production tasks including cutting, drilling, grinding, and fabrication support</li><li>Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively</li><li>Assist with inventory control, cycle counts, and stock organization</li><li>Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area</li><li>Support other production and warehouse activities as needed</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Mechanical aptitude and experience using hand and power tools</li><li>Ability to read and understand drawings, blueprints, and assembly instructions</li><li>Strong attention to detail and quality</li><li>Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks</li><li>Forklift experience is a plus, but not required</li><li>Manufacturing, assembly, warehouse, or metal fabrication experience preferred</li><li>Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a production environment</li></ul>Schedule &amp; Benefits:<ul><li>Full-time: Monday&ndash;Friday, 8:00 AM &ndash; 4:30 PM</li><li>Benefits: Vacation, ICHRA health plan, Dental, 401(k), and Profit Sharing</li></ul>Pay: From $20.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>401(k) 5% Match</li><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health savings account</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>People with a criminal record are encouraged to applyWork Location: In person
