Assembler/Production Worker

Job Summary
Cramaro Tarpaulin Systems is seeking a dependable, hands-on individual to join our manufacturing team. This position involves assembling truck tarping system components for shipment and installation, assisting with production in our metal shop, and supporting inventory control activities.

Duties

• Assemble truck tarping system components according to drawings and specifications
• Prepare parts and kits for shipping and customer installations
• Read and interpret assembly drawings and work instructions
• Perform basic metal shop production tasks including cutting, drilling, grinding, and fabrication support
• Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively
• Assist with inventory control, cycle counts, and stock organization
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Support other production and warehouse activities as needed

Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude and experience using hand and power tools
• Ability to read and understand drawings, blueprints, and assembly instructions
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
• Forklift experience is a plus, but not required
• Manufacturing, assembly, warehouse, or metal fabrication experience preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a production environment

Schedule & Benefits:

• Full-time: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
