Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Assembly Line Worker to join our manufacturing team in a fast-paced factory environment. The ideal candidate is someone who is detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable working with small components and precision equipment. If you enjoy hands-on work and take pride in quality craftsmanship, this role may be a great fit. lines and possess mechanical knowledge to efficiently assemble products using hand tools and power tools. Responsibilities

  • Operate and monitor assembly line equipment to ensure smooth production flow
  • Assemble components accurately according to specifications using hand tools, power tools, and mechanical knowledge
  • Use warehouse equipment such as forklifts when necessary, following safety protocols
  • Conduct quality checks throughout the assembly process to identify defects or issues
  • Maintain a clean and organized work station to promote safety and efficiency
  • Assist with loading and unloading materials within the manufacturing facility
  • Follow safety guidelines and wear appropriate protective gear at all times

Qualifications

  • Soldering experience
  • Assemble electronic and mechanical components according to specifications
  • Read and follow schematics, assembly drawings, and work instructions
  • Perform soldering, wiring, and other components
  • Inspect completed assemblies for accuracy and quality
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals and deadlines
  • Assist in continuous improvement and problem-solving efforts
  • Mechanical aptitude with familiarity using hand tools, power tools, and basic mechanical knowledge
  • Ability to work efficiently, willing to work as a team
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
  • Physical ability to sit or stand for extended periods and lift materials as required
  • Prior experience with assembly processes or manufacturing operations is advantageous
  • Previous factory or manufacturing experience preferred, especially in assembly line environments

Pay: $16.00 - $25.00 per hour
