Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment &amp; Onboarding<ul><li>Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.</li><li>Coordinate and conduct interviews with hiring managers.</li><li>Issue offer letters, employment contracts, and coordinate joining formalities.</li><li>Conduct new-hire orientation and ensure seamless onboarding.</li></ul>2. HR Operations &amp; Documentation<ul><li>Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and HRMS systems.</li><li>Prepare HR letters (offer, appointment, confirmation, experience, reliving, etc.).</li><li>Handle employee attendance, leave management, and timesheet updates.</li></ul>3. Employee Engagement &amp; Relations<ul><li>Support employee engagement activities, events, rewards, and recognition programs.</li><li>Address employee queries, concerns, and ensure timely resolution.</li><li>Assist in maintaining a positive and inclusive workplace environment.</li></ul>4. Payroll Support<ul><li>Coordinate with the finance/payroll team for accurate salary processing.</li><li>Validate attendance, leaves, overtime, and other payroll inputs.</li></ul>5. Performance Management<ul><li>Assist in the performance appraisal process (goal setting, evaluations, documentation).</li><li>Ensure timely submission and follow-ups with employees and managers.</li></ul>6. Compliance &amp; HR Policies<ul><li>Ensure HR processes are compliant with labor laws and company policies.</li><li>Assist in audits, maintaining statutory documents, and implementing HR policies.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree or MBA in HR or related field.</li><li>1&ndash;4 years of experience in HR operations/recruitment (or as required).</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Knowledge of HRMS, MS Office, and basic HR legal compliance.</li><li>Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.</li><li>Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;18,000.00 - &#8377;25,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
