The Dispatch Executive is responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring the dispatch of goods/services to ensure timely, accurate, and efficient delivery. The role requires strong coordination with internal teams, field staff, vendors, and customers to ensure smooth operations and service excellence.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Plan and schedule daily dispatch activities based on orders priority</li><li>Coordinate withoperations teams for readiness of material/services</li><li>Assign delivery staff/vehicles as per route and availability</li><li>Monitor dispatch timelines and ensure on-time delivery</li><li>Track movement of goods/services and maintain real-time status updates</li><li>Prepare dispatch documents (delivery challans, invoices, service slips, logs, etc.)</li><li>Handle customer coordination regarding delivery/service schedules</li><li>Manage discrepancies, delays, or dispatch-related issues</li><li>Maintain accurate dispatch records and MIS reports</li><li>Ensure compliance with company SOPs and safety standards</li></ul>Skills &amp; Competencies:<ul><li>Strong coordination and communication skills</li><li>Good organizational and time management abilities</li><li>Basic computer knowledge</li><li>Problem-solving and multitasking skills</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines</li><li>Attention to detail and accuracy</li></ul>Educational Qualification:<ul><li>Graduate</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>1&ndash;3 years of experience in dispatch/logistics/operations coordination</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
