</b></h4></div><div><div><div><ul><li>Analyze the requirements provided by the client and SMEs for the development of compelling courseware that achieve learning goals.
</li></ul><ul><li>Implement theories and practices of Instructional Design to design and develop effective ILTs, WBTs, and Assessments.
</li></ul><ul><li>Develop objectives and ensure content matches those objectives.
</li></ul><ul><li>Rephrase content to meet the learning needs.
</li></ul><ul><li>Visualize media to support learning (visual aids for ILT, multimedia for WBT)
</li></ul><ul><li>Adapt instructional materials created for one delivery mode to another (usually this is adapting materials from ILT to WBT)
</li></ul><ul><li>Coordinate and communicate with stakeholders and/or SME&rsquo;s.
</li></ul><ul><li>Capable of working independently with minimum supervision.
</li></ul><ul><li>Review the developed module/course and provide ID/edit feedback.
</li></ul><ul><li>Adapts well to changing job and project requirement
</li></ul></div></div></div></div><div><div><h4 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Desired Qualifications
</b></h4></div><div><div><div><ul><li>3-5 years of experience in the fields of Instructional Design and Content Development with attention to detail.
</li></ul><ul><li>Knowledge of instructional design theories and strategies.
</li></ul><ul><li>Strong video creation, editing skills are highly valued.
</li></ul><ul><li>Good visual design skills.
</li></ul><ul><li>Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
