Senior Instructional Designer

• Analyze the requirements provided by the client and SMEs for the development of compelling courseware that achieve learning goals.

• Implement theories and practices of Instructional Design to design and develop effective ILTs, WBTs, and Assessments.

• Develop objectives and ensure content matches those objectives.

• Rephrase content to meet the learning needs.

• Visualize media to support learning (visual aids for ILT, multimedia for WBT)

• Adapt instructional materials created for one delivery mode to another (usually this is adapting materials from ILT to WBT)

• Coordinate and communicate with stakeholders and/or SME’s.

• Capable of working independently with minimum supervision.

• Review the developed module/course and provide ID/edit feedback.

• Adapts well to changing job and project requirement

• 3-5 years of experience in the fields of Instructional Design and Content Development with attention to detail.

• Knowledge of instructional design theories and strategies.

• Strong video creation, editing skills are highly valued.

• Good visual design skills.

• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
