 Focus: Salon sales growth, brand development &amp; education
 
 
 Key Highlights:

 Drive sales &amp; revenue across salon/institute partners
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong field presence with regular salon visits
 </li>
 <li>
 Execute brand activations, promotions &amp; joint business plans
 </li>
 <li>
 Deliver product, service &amp; sales training to salon teams
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify new business opportunities and grow key accounts
 </li>
 <li>
 Salary Range AED 15k to 18K

 Promote premium nail product lines to salons

 Conduct nail trainings, demos &amp; education sessions
 </li>
 <li>
 Build long-term client relationships &amp; manage collections
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with Education &amp; Sales teams to achieve KPIs
 </li>
 <li>
 Salary Range AED 10k to 12K
 </li>

 Common Requirements (Both Roles)

 Minimum
 
 2+ years B2B sales experience
 
 in beauty industry
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with
 
 premium hair or nail brands
 
 preferred
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Driving License &amp; own car &ndash; mandatory
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong communication, relationship-building &amp; training skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Self-driven, commercially focused &amp; comfortable working independently
 </li>
