Sales Development Partner – AVEDA

Focus: Salon sales growth, brand development & education

Key Highlights:

• Drive sales & revenue across salon/institute partners
• Strong field presence with regular salon visits
• Execute brand activations, promotions & joint business plans
• Deliver product, service & sales training to salon teams
• Identify new business opportunities and grow key accounts
• Salary Range AED 15k to 18K

Nail FemaleSales Executive CUM Educator – B2B

Focus: Nailcare product sales & salon education

Key Highlights:

• Outdoor B2B sales across Dubai & Abu Dhabi
• Promote premium nail product lines to salons
• Conduct nail trainings, demos & education sessions
• Build long-term client relationships & manage collections
• Coordinate with Education & Sales teams to achieve KPIs
• Salary Range AED 10k to 12K

✅ Common Requirements (Both Roles)

• Minimum 2+ years B2B sales experience in beauty industry
• Experience with premium hair or nail brands preferred
• Driving License & own car – mandatory
• Strong communication, relationship-building & training skills
• Self-driven, commercially focused & comfortable working independently
