Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Budget &amp; Cost Management: Develop, monitor, and maintain project budgets and forecasts; track expenses and revenue.</li><li>Financial Reporting: Prepare detailed monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including income/expenditure summaries.</li><li>Analysis &amp; Insights: Analyze project financial data, identify budget variances, and provide commentary to project teams.</li><li>Billing &amp; Invoicing: Manage the project billing and invoicing process for clients.</li><li>Compliance: Ensure adherence to accounting standards (GAAP), internal controls, and tax regulations.</li><li>Collaboration: Work with project managers, finance teams, vendors, and auditors.</li><li>Record Keeping: Maintain organized project financial records and documentation.</li><li>GST and TAX Filing </li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Skills<ul><li>Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.</li><li>Experience: Minimum 2-5 years in accounting, with project accounting or construction industry experience often preferred.</li><li>Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel, ERP/accounting software (e.g., Sage, Procore), data entry, AP/AR.</li><li>Soft Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills; attention to detail.</li></ul>Core Function To provide financial guidance and control over projects, ensuring profitability, accurate cost allocation, and adherence to financial policies from initiation to closure.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;12,000.00 - &#8377;16,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Accounting: 2 years (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
