MIS : Accounts AssistantDepartment: Finance &amp; Accounts Location: Salt Lake Sector-V, Kolkata Experience Required: 1-2 years of work experience Working Days: Monday to Saturday Work Type: Full-time | On-Site Salary: As per Industry Standards Reports to: Accounts Manager/Management As NeededJob Description:Should be capable of independently generating, compiling, consolidating, and updating regular MIS (Management Information System) reports to support informed decision-making and ensure regulatory compliance.Key Responsibilities:1. MIS Reporting:&middot; Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports (sales, purchase, expenses, etc.)&middot; Analyze trends and variances in financial and operational data.&middot; Coordinate with internal departments to gather data for reports.&middot; Ensure timely submission of accurate reports to management.2. Accounting Support:&middot; Assist in day-to-day accounting tasks including journal entries, ledger maintenance, and bank reconciliations.&middot; Support in preparation of GST filings, TDS returns, and statutory compliance documentation.&middot; Maintain records of vendor invoices and assist in payment processing.&middot; Handle petty cash and maintain accurate records.3. Documentation &amp; Data Management:&middot; Maintain proper documentation of financial transactions and ensure organized digital/physical filing.&middot; Assist in audit preparation by providing required data and supporting documents.4. Coordination:&middot; Liaise with vendors and internal teams for billing queries, clarifications, and follow-ups.&middot; Support senior accounts staff in budget preparation and financial analysis.Key Skills &amp; Competencies:1. Strong knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Formulas)2. Familiarity with accounting software (Tally ERP / SAP etc.)3. Basic understanding of taxation (GST, TDS) will be an added advantage.4. Good communication and coordination skillsQualifications &amp; Experience:&middot; B.Com / BBA (Finance) or equivalent.&middot; 1&ndash;2 years of experience in MIS reporting and accounting.&middot; Experience in manufacturing or trading industry preferred.Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, FresherPay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Secondary(10th Pass) (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
