Job Summary:We are looking for a knowledgeable and detail-oriented Legal Advisor to handle immigration-related legal matters, documentation, compliance, and client case review. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all visa applications and legal procedures comply with the respective country&rsquo;s immigration laws and policies.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Provide legal advice on immigration matters (PR, Work Permit, Student Visa, Tourist Visa, LMIA, etc.)</li><li>Review client documentation to ensure legal accuracy and compliance.</li><li>Draft legal submissions, cover letters, affidavits, agreements, and representations.</li><li>Handle refusal cases, appeals, reconsideration requests, and legal objections.</li><li>Stay updated with immigration laws and policy changes of countries like Canada, Australia, UK, USA, etc.</li><li>Coordinate with case processing team for legal clarifications.</li><li>Maintain confidentiality of sensitive client information.</li><li>Ensure company operations follow legal and regulatory compliance.</li><li>Liaise with external advocates or legal authorities when required.</li></ul>Required Qualifications:<ul><li>LLB degree (LLM preferred).</li><li>Enrolled with Bar Council (if practicing).</li><li>Strong knowledge of international immigration laws.</li><li>Excellent drafting and communication skills.</li><li>Ability to handle multiple cases simultaneously.</li><li>High attention to detail and strong ethical standards.</li></ul>Skills Required:<ul><li>Legal drafting &amp; documentation</li><li>Case analysis &amp; risk assessment</li><li>Knowledge of visa refusal grounds</li><li>Strong research abilities</li><li>Client counseling skills</li></ul>Salary &amp; Benefits:<ul><li>Competitive Salary (As per experience)</li><li>Performance Incentives</li><li>Professional Growth Opportunities</li><li>Supportive Work Environment</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: ₹11,488.83 - ₹30,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li><li>Paid sick time</li></ul>Work Location: In person
