Student Legal Advisor

Job Summary:

We are looking for a knowledgeable and detail-oriented Legal Advisor to handle immigration-related legal matters, documentation, compliance, and client case review. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all visa applications and legal procedures comply with the respective country’s immigration laws and policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide legal advice on immigration matters (PR, Work Permit, Student Visa, Tourist Visa, LMIA, etc.)
• Review client documentation to ensure legal accuracy and compliance.
• Draft legal submissions, cover letters, affidavits, agreements, and representations.
• Handle refusal cases, appeals, reconsideration requests, and legal objections.
• Stay updated with immigration laws and policy changes of countries like Canada, Australia, UK, USA, etc.
• Coordinate with case processing team for legal clarifications.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive client information.
• Ensure company operations follow legal and regulatory compliance.
• Liaise with external advocates or legal authorities when required.

Required Qualifications:

• LLB degree (LLM preferred).
• Enrolled with Bar Council (if practicing).
• Strong knowledge of international immigration laws.
• Excellent drafting and communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple cases simultaneously.
• High attention to detail and strong ethical standards.
