We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Outdoor Sales Engineer to strengthen our sales team and drive business growth in UAE.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Identify, develop, and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers in the industrial sector.</li><li>Conduct regular outdoor sales visits to industrial clients, contractors, and project sites to generate business opportunities.</li><li>Understand customer technical requirements related to industrial automation products such as PLCs, sensors, drives, control components, and related systems.</li><li>Provide appropriate technical solutions, product recommendations, and application support.</li><li>Prepare accurate quotations, technical proposals, and commercial offers in line with customer requirements.</li><li>Follow up on inquiries, RFQs, and leads to convert opportunities into confirmed sales.</li><li>Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams for technical clarifications, pricing, product availability, and lead times.</li><li>Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to support strategic sales planning.</li><li>Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.</li><li>Provide after-sales support and maintain long-term client relationships to ensure repeat business.</li></ul>Desired Candidate Profile<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical &amp; Electronics Engineering (EEE), or Industrial Automation.</li><li>2&ndash;3 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in industrial automation, control systems, or related industries.</li><li>Strong technical knowledge of industrial automation products and applications.</li><li>Valid UAE driving license (mandatory).</li><li>Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.</li><li>Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently in a field sales environment.</li></ul>Why Join Us:<ul><li>Opportunity to work with cutting-edge industrial automation technologies.</li><li>Competitive salary and performance-based incentives.</li><li>Growth-oriented work environment with strong technical and operational support.</li></ul>Join us and be part of a team that drives innovation and delivers high-quality automation solutions across multiple industries.Job Type: Full-timePay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
