Sales Engineer

We are a leading industrial automation company delivering advanced automation solutionsacross diverse industries. We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Outdoor Sales Engineer to strengthen our sales team and drive business growth in UAE.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers in the industrial sector.
• Conduct regular outdoor sales visits to industrial clients, contractors, and project sites to generate business opportunities.
• Understand customer technical requirements related to industrial automation products such as PLCs, sensors, drives, control components, and related systems.
• Provide appropriate technical solutions, product recommendations, and application support.
• Prepare accurate quotations, technical proposals, and commercial offers in line with customer requirements.
• Follow up on inquiries, RFQs, and leads to convert opportunities into confirmed sales.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams for technical clarifications, pricing, product availability, and lead times.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to support strategic sales planning.
• Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
• Provide after-sales support and maintain long-term client relationships to ensure repeat business.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE), or Industrial Automation.
• 2–3 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in industrial automation, control systems, or related industries.
• Strong technical knowledge of industrial automation products and applications.
• Valid UAE driving license (mandatory).
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently in a field sales environment.
