About the RoleWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced (Omani) - Business Development Manager (BDM) to lead our IT offshore sales activities in Oman. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing a BD team, and building strong long-term client relationships across multiple markets.Key ResponsibilitiesSales &amp; Business Growth<ul><li>Lead offshore IT sales initiatives and ensure ongoing revenue growth.</li><li>Develop and execute sales strategies, business plans, and forecasts.</li><li>Acquire new clients and maximize business from existing customers.</li><li>Manage international leads and adjust to cross-timezone communication when needed.</li></ul>Team Leadership &amp; Management<ul><li>Manage and mentor a Business Development team of 10+ members.</li><li>Define targets, monitor KPIs, and ensure consistent performance.</li><li>Ensure team alignment with organizational expectations and goals.</li><li>Provide coaching, support, and continuous development for the team.</li></ul>Client Relationship Management<ul><li>Develop and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.</li><li>Represent the company in meetings, presentations, and negotiations.</li><li>Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts.</li></ul>Operational &amp; Reporting Activities<ul><li>Prepare and present regular performance reports to management.</li><li>Maintain high-quality organizational practices and manage multiple priorities efficiently.</li><li>Operate with minimal supervision while remaining proactive and results-driven.</li></ul>Tools &amp; Technology Utilization<ul><li>Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.</li><li>Strong experience with CRM tools- especially HubSpot:</li><li>Lead &amp; contact management</li><li>Pipeline and deal tracking</li><li>Email/call tracking</li><li>Meeting scheduling</li><li>Workflow &amp; task automation</li><li>AI-powered tools like Breeze for enhanced prospecting</li><li>Ability to integrate CRM with sales, marketing, and operational tools.</li><li>Capable of using dashboards, forecasting tools, multichannel outreach automation, and analytics.</li></ul>Profile Requirements<ul><li>5+ years of experience in IT offshore sales &amp; marketing.</li><li>Experience managing a BD team of 10+ professionals.</li><li>Strong communication, negotiation, and IT fluency.</li><li>Confident dealing with senior stakeholders and decision-makers.</li><li>Organized, multitasking, proactive, and target-driven.</li><li>Comfortable using modern CRM systems (HubSpot or equivalent).</li><li>Self-driven, ambitious, and committed to achieving KPIs.</li></ul>The role follows a combined compensation model consisting of a fixed monthly salary and a commission plan linked to revenue generation and KPI achievement.Please send your CV if you are interestedJob Type: Full-timePay: RO450.000 - RO650.000 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Where do you live ? </li><li>How many years experience do you have ?</li><li>What CRM tool are you aware of ? </li><li>What is the highest monthly sales revenue you have achieved in your career?</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>Engilsh (Preferred)</li></ul>
