Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled and proactive IT Support, Systems &amp; Web Officer to manage daily IT operations, support employees, maintain company systems, and oversee company websites. The role includes ensuring system reliability, data security, and continuous website monitoring and improvement. Excellent English communication skills are mandatory for coordination with teams and vendors.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Provide daily IT support to employees (hardware, software, network, and internet issues)</li><li>Perform regular health checks and maintenance for all IT equipment</li><li>Install, update, and manage operating systems, software, and applications</li><li>Maintain and organize company shared storage and ensure regular data backups</li><li>Manage user accounts, access permissions, and basic IT security controls</li><li>Monitor antivirus and endpoint security tools and report risks</li><li>Support onboarding and offboarding of employees from an IT perspective</li><li>Participate in and support IT system migrations and major system changes</li><li>Support IT requirements for internal projects and deployments</li><li>Maintain, monitor, and update company websites</li><li>Perform regular website health checks (uptime, security, backups, performance)</li><li>Implement website improvements related to performance, content updates, and usability</li><li>Coordinate with designers, developers, or vendors for advanced website changes</li><li>Conduct regular IT training sessions for employees (online or onsite)</li><li>Prepare and maintain SOPs and user manuals for IT and web-related processes</li><li>Maintain an updated task list with clear priorities and deadlines</li><li>Ensure assigned tasks are completed within agreed timelines</li><li>Coordinate with vendors and service providers when required</li><li>Document IT and website activities, issues, and improvements and report to management</li><li>Ensure smooth IT and website operations across Muscat and Egypt offices</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>3&ndash;5 years of experience in IT support, system administration, or website management</li><li>Strong knowledge of Windows and/or macOS environments</li><li>Basic networking knowledge (LAN, Wi-Fi, printers, internet troubleshooting)</li><li>Experience with cloud storage platforms (Google Drive, OneDrive, SharePoint)</li><li>Basic experience in website management (WordPress or similar CMS preferred)</li><li>Understanding of website security, backups, and performance optimization</li><li>Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines</li></ul>Language Requirement<ul><li>Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written) are mandatory</li><li>Ability to communicate professionally with international teams and vendors</li></ul>Personal Skills<ul><li>Strong problem-solving and analytical skills</li><li>Good communication and teamwork skills</li><li>Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented</li><li>Ability to work independently and under pressure</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: E&pound;6,000.00 - E&pound;12,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Where do you live ? </li><li>What is your english level ? </li><li>Have you worked in active directory </li><li>Have you worked in web builders ? </li><li>Do you have any skills in HTML ?</li></ul>
