We value proactive problem-solving and a customer-focused attitude, providing you with an engaging environment to grow your skills and advance your career.Responsibilities<ul><li>Perform comprehensive diagnostics using advanced automotive diagnostic tools to identify issues accurately.</li><li>Conduct repairs and maintenance on various vehicle systems, including engines, transmissions, electrical systems, brakes, steering, suspension, and more.</li><li>Utilize schematics and technical manuals to troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical problems effectively.</li><li>Repair or replace powertrain components such as engines, transmissions, differentials, and drive axles to restore optimal vehicle performance.</li><li>Perform wheel alignments and wheel balancing to ensure proper vehicle handling and tire longevity.</li><li>Use hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and specialized automotive repair tools to complete repairs efficiently.</li><li>Maintain and document all repairs performed for transparency and quality assurance.</li><li>Assist with vehicle maintenance tasks including oil changes, tire rotations, brake inspections, and fluid replacements.</li><li>Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of repairs while maintaining high safety standards.</li><li>Provide exceptional customer service by explaining repairs clearly and answering any questions about vehicle condition or recommended services.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Proven dealership or automotive service technician experience with a strong background in automotive diagnostics and repair is preferred.</li><li>Extensive knowledge of automotive electrical systems, powertrain components, transmissions and vehicle maintenance procedures.</li><li>Familiarity with schematics reading and interpreting technical manuals for troubleshooting complex issues.</li><li>Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and automotive diagnostic software.</li><li>Strong mechanical knowledge combined with the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.</li><li>Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly to fellow employees.</li><li>Experience working on Asian and Domestic vehicles or similar makes is preferred but not required.</li><li>Valid certification in automotive repair (such as ASE certification) is highly regarded; ongoing training is encouraged to stay current with industry advancements.</li><li>Willingness to learn new technologies.
