OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in patient care and demonstrate the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will play a critical role in providing high-quality care to patients, particularly in trauma and memory care settings. Your expertise will contribute to the overall well-being of our patients and support their recovery journey.Duties<ul><li>Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.</li><li>Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.</li><li>Maintain accurate medical records using PCC and ensure compliance with medical terminology standards.</li><li>Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary, including managing dialysis for patients when required.</li><li>Educate patients and their families on health management, treatment options, and post-discharge care.</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Current RN or LPN license in good standing.</li><li>Previous experience in a nursing home or memory care is preferred.</li><li>Familiarity with PCC or similar electronic health record systems is advantageous.</li><li>Strong understanding of medical terminology and clinical procedures.</li><li>Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment while maintaining professionalism under pressure.</li></ul>Join us in making a difference in the lives of our patients through exceptional nursing care.
