Nurse

Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in patient care and demonstrate the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will play a critical role in providing high-quality care to patients, particularly in trauma and memory care settings. Your expertise will contribute to the overall well-being of our patients and support their recovery journey.

Duties

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Maintain accurate medical records using PCC and ensure compliance with medical terminology standards.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary, including managing dialysis for patients when required.
• Educate patients and their families on health management, treatment options, and post-discharge care.

Experience

• Current RN or LPN license in good standing.
• Previous experience in a nursing home or memory care is preferred.
• Familiarity with PCC or similar electronic health record systems is advantageous.
• Strong understanding of medical terminology and clinical procedures.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment while maintaining professionalism under pressure.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, PRN

Pay: $32.00 - $48.00 per hour
