We are seeking an experienced Pest Control Dispatcher / Administrative Assistant to join our growing pest control company. This is a remote, part-time position (approximately 20 hours per week to start) for someone who has previous experience in pest control, dispatching, scheduling service technicians, or a similar home service industry.Please note: Applicants without dispatching or pest control industry experience will not be considered.Responsibilities<ul><li>Answer incoming customer calls and provide exceptional customer service</li><li>Schedule and dispatch pest control technicians efficiently</li><li>Provide service quotes and explain service options to customers</li><li>Manage daily routes and technician schedules</li><li>Handle customer follow-ups and appointment confirmations</li><li>Maintain accurate customer records and notes</li><li>Assist with administrative and office tasks as needed</li></ul>Required Qualifications✔ Previous pest control industry experience OR dispatching experience in a service-based industry (pest control preferred)✔ Experience scheduling technicians and coordinating routes✔ Strong phone and customer service skills✔ Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities✔ Ability to work independently from a home office✔ Proficient with computers, email, and scheduling softwarePreferred Qualifications<ul><li>Experience with pest control software</li><li>Experience providing service estimates or sales support</li><li>Knowledge of common pest control services and terminology</li><li>Experience working for a pest control, landscaping, HVAC, plumbing, or other home service company</li></ul>Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Flexible schedule</li></ul>Work Location: Remote
