We are seeking a professional, customer-focused Senior Waiter who is responsible for ensuring diners have a positive experience at food establishments by exhibiting excellent customer service. The Senior Waiter coordinates and supervises the activities of the waitstaff to ensure exceptional service delivery. Acting as a bridge between restaurant management and front-line staff, the senior waiter arranges the dining experience from start to finish.Key duties &amp; responsibilities <ul><li>Welcome guests and escort them to their tables</li><li>Present menus, explain dishes, and recommend specials</li><li>Take food and beverage orders, enter them into the system, and memorize details</li><li>Prepare drinks and serve them appropriately</li><li>Previous waitstaff experience in an upscale or fine dining environment.</li><li>Delivering food from the kitchen to the guests</li><li>Evaluate guest satisfaction, address feedback, and resolve complaints</li><li>Following health code standards with regards to the handling of food</li><li>Prepare checks, collect payments, and handle billing details</li><li>Assist in preparing tables for dinner service</li><li>Train junior staff, assign tasks, and monitor performance</li><li>Coordinate shifts, manage reservations, and oversee cleanliness.</li></ul>Experience &amp; Skills<ul><li>Experience in supervising staff and 2-5 years relevant experience in a similar position</li><li>Understanding of food safety procedures</li><li>Maintaining safety standards and portion sizes</li><li>Familiarity with point-of-sale systems</li><li>Being dependable and customer-oriented</li><li>Effective communication with guests and staff</li><li>Handling complaints professionally</li><li>Understanding high-end service expectations</li><li>Ensuring quality service for both in-person and to-go orders</li><li>Adapting to changing situations</li><li>Balancing cash drawers and handling payments</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED4,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>What is your salary expectation?</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Senior Waiter: 2 years (Required)</li></ul>
