Job Overview We are seeking someone to join our Quality Team on the Production side. This role is to monitor the knitting/seaming production for quality problems and support the knitting/seaming operation through daily testing and continuous inspection of sock production.Swing shift: <ul><li>12-hour shifts / 7 days as follows:</li><li>Week 1 - 4 days</li><li>Week 2 - 3 days</li></ul>Duties &amp; Responsibilities<ul><li>Perform daily quality and sizing tests on each product per knitting machine in production.</li><li>Conduct a daily inspection of all knitting and seaming operators.</li><li>Responsible for processing and preparation of newly developed sock product.</li><li>Continuously monitor multiple knitting and seaming machines to ensure quality production.</li><li>Responsible for data entry for quality information.</li><li>Inspect and approve style changes on knitting machines.</li><li>Operating knowledge of various dyeing equipment is essential in the quality testing process.</li><li>Work with other departments to resolve quality issues.</li><li>Maintained cleanliness of surrounding area.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)</li><li>Need two or more years of experience within a manufacturing environment, preferably in knitting operation</li><li>Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods of time</li><li>Able to handle product weighing up to 50 lbs.</li><li>Proven analytical skills, attention to detail, and accuracy</li><li>Clear communication and understanding</li><li>Good attendance and attitude</li></ul>Pay: $13.00 - $13.25 per hourExpected hours: 40.0 per weekBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Employee discount</li><li>Flexible spending account</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Health savings account</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Shift availability:<ul><li>Overnight Shift (Preferred)</li><li>Night Shift (Preferred)</li><li>Day Shift (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
