</div><p></p><div><div><ul><li>Manage all administrative activities at the factory, such as maintaining cleanliness and hygiene, ensuring proper functioning of fire-fighting apparatus for use during emergencies, and making arrangements for serving tea and refreshments to staff and guests visiting the factory, etc.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Arrange travel, boarding, and lodging for all guests visiting the factory, and manage the affairs of the guest house.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Handle procurement of office supplies, kitchen items, and general maintenance requirements.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Supervise administrative staff and horticulture activities, ensuring efficient task allocation and execution.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Take timely action on charge sheets, disciplinary actions, inquiries, and issuance of show cause notices to employees.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Implement company policies, maintain discipline, and report incidents while guiding employees on rules and procedures.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Maintain and update employee records, including personal files, medical, insurance, and claims documentation.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Manage attendance, leave, overtime, and related payroll inputs for factory employees.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Ensure accurate HR records and compliance by coordinating employee data for statutory bodies and insurance eligibility.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Manage employee onboarding and payroll processes while ensuring compliance with labor laws and overseeing the maintenance of factory and residential facilities.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Liaise with workers for communicating their grievances and suggestions to management.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Carry out any other tasks assigned by the Manager Administration and HR at the factory.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Ensure adherence to safety standards and support audits/inspections.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Oversee employee transport, vehicle maintenance, and fuel usage (if applicable).</li></ul>
<ul><li>Monitor vendor performance, renew contracts, and ensure service quality.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Coordinate internally with all department personnel at the factory for matters related to administration, HR and Administration department personnel at the Head Office</li></ul>
<ul><li>Coordinate internally wiith external and internal auditors for audit purposes, regulatory authorities, local community including police, labor, SITE officials, etc.</li></ul>
