Job Title: Manager Internal Audit (Process Audit)Location: Cristal Plastic Industrial LLC Aabu DhabiJob Purpose: To plan and execute process-based internal audits to evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls, risk management, and compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and best practices.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Lead and conduct process audits across business functions (Production operations, Procurement, finance, supply chain etc.).</li><li>Assess internal controls, identify risks, and recommend practical improvements.</li><li>Develop risk-based audit plans and audit programs.</li><li>Prepare clear audit reports with actionable recommendations and follow-up on implementation.</li><li>Ensure compliance with UAE laws, regulatory frameworks, and internal policies.</li><li>Coordinate with management to improve governance, efficiency, and process effectiveness.</li><li>Support external auditors and regulatory audits when required.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Experience:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.</li><li>Professional certification preferred: CIA, ACCA, CA, CPA, CISA.</li><li>6&ndash;10 years of internal audit experience, with strong exposure to process audits.</li><li>Experience in UAE / GCC environment preferred.</li><li>Strong knowledge of internal controls, risk management, and audit standards (IIA).</li></ul>Skills &amp; Competencies:<ul><li>Strong analytical and reporting skills.</li><li>Excellent communication and stakeholder management.</li><li>Ability to work independently and manage multiple audits.</li><li>Proficient in ERP systems and MS Office.</li></ul>What We Offer:<ul><li>Competitive salary and benefits as per UAE market.</li><li>Professional growth in a dynamic organization.</li></ul>Please apply latest by 06th Feb 2026.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: AED10,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
