Job Title: Manager Internal Audit (Process Audit)

Location: Cristal Plastic Industrial LLC Aabu Dhabi

Job Purpose:
To plan and execute process-based internal audits to evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls, risk management, and compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and conduct process audits across business functions (Production operations, Procurement, finance, supply chain etc.).
• Assess internal controls, identify risks, and recommend practical improvements.
• Develop risk-based audit plans and audit programs.
• Prepare clear audit reports with actionable recommendations and follow-up on implementation.
• Ensure compliance with UAE laws, regulatory frameworks, and internal policies.
• Coordinate with management to improve governance, efficiency, and process effectiveness.
• Support external auditors and regulatory audits when required.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• Professional certification preferred: CIA, ACCA, CA, CPA, CISA.
• 6–10 years of internal audit experience, with strong exposure to process audits.
• Experience in UAE / GCC environment preferred.
• Strong knowledge of internal controls, risk management, and audit standards (IIA).

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple audits.
• Proficient in ERP systems and MS Office.
