If you have experience or would like to obtain experience in the aviation field, CRJ Aviation LLC has a great opportunity for you.The Cross Utilized Agent is expected to be able to, understand, perform, rotate between the duties of a Customer Service Agent and a Ground Operations Agent and ensure that safety procedures are followed in accordance with the airport, applicable laws, rules and regulations.The Cross Utilized Agent is responsible for providing customer service to all customers, including scheduled or charter services. Cross Utilized Agents must be attentive to the customer's needs, politely handling their inquiries promptly, and completing the required transactions per company policy and proceduresThe Cross Utilized Agent is also responsible for the handling of customer baggage, including loading and unloading on and off the aircraft, marshaling in and pushing back the aircraft, operation of ground service equipment (GSE), meeting arriving flights, providing service to departing flights, assisting customers with special needs, assisting customer service agents, as needed, and any other duties as assigned.Required Skills/Abilities:Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.Ability to work efficiently under time constraints.Must be available to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, holidays, and long hours during irregular operations.
