If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about delivering measurable results, we want to hear from you!Duties<ul><li>Visit active job sites to photograph and film construction projects and completed work</li><li>Edit videos and photos for use on social media and digital campaigns</li><li>Manage social media marketing efforts by creating engaging content, scheduling posts, monitoring analytics, and optimizing campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, &amp; TikTok.</li><li>Highlight community involvement and tell stories that build local relationships</li><li>Develop creative strategies to expand brand awareness in the community</li><li>Assist in Google Ads campaign creation, monitoring, and reporting</li><li>Coordinate advertising sales initiatives by identifying target audiences, managing ad placements, and collaborating with external vendors to ensure campaign success.</li><li>Utilize SEO best practices to enhance website visibility and organic search rankings using tools like Google Analytics and Google AdWords.</li><li>Create compelling copy for various marketing materials including blogs, newsletters, product descriptions, and promotional content that aligns with brand voice and marketing goals.</li><li>Build and update landing pages for campaigns or project highlights</li><li>Collaborate with leadership to align marketing efforts with company goals</li><li>Track engagement metrics and provide regular performance reports</li><li>Monitor performance marketing efforts by analyzing data through Google Analytics and other analytics tools to optimize ROI.</li><li>Collaborate with sales teams to develop integrated advertising strategies that support sales growth objectives across digital and print channels.</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Proven experience in digital marketing or media coordination roles with a strong understanding of multichannel marketing strategies.</li><li>Hands-on experience with social media marketing platforms including Facebook Advertising and other paid social campaigns.</li><li>Proficiency in SEO techniques along with familiarity with Google Analytics, Google AdWords (now Google Ads), and marketing automation tools.</li><li>Skilled in content creation using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for visual assets; basic knowledge of HTML is a plus.</li><li>Experience managing e-commerce websites using WordPress or similar CMS platforms; familiarity with HTML coding is advantageous.</li><li>Strong research skills combined with excellent copywriting abilities tailored for diverse audiences.</li><li>Knowledge of performance marketing metrics and the ability to analyze data for continuous improvement.</li><li>Background in B2B marketing strategies with an emphasis on product promotion and lead generation is preferred.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines within a collaborative team environment.
