Duties
- Visit active job sites to photograph and film construction projects and completed work
- Edit videos and photos for use on social media and digital campaigns
- Manage social media marketing efforts by creating engaging content, scheduling posts, monitoring analytics, and optimizing campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, & TikTok.
- Highlight community involvement and tell stories that build local relationships
- Develop creative strategies to expand brand awareness in the community
- Assist in Google Ads campaign creation, monitoring, and reporting
- Coordinate advertising sales initiatives by identifying target audiences, managing ad placements, and collaborating with external vendors to ensure campaign success.
- Utilize SEO best practices to enhance website visibility and organic search rankings using tools like Google Analytics and Google AdWords.
- Create compelling copy for various marketing materials including blogs, newsletters, product descriptions, and promotional content that aligns with brand voice and marketing goals.
- Build and update landing pages for campaigns or project highlights
- Collaborate with leadership to align marketing efforts with company goals
- Track engagement metrics and provide regular performance reports
- Monitor performance marketing efforts by analyzing data through Google Analytics and other analytics tools to optimize ROI.
- Collaborate with sales teams to develop integrated advertising strategies that support sales growth objectives across digital and print channels.
Experience
- Proven experience in digital marketing or media coordination roles with a strong understanding of multichannel marketing strategies.
- Hands-on experience with social media marketing platforms including Facebook Advertising and other paid social campaigns.
- Proficiency in SEO techniques along with familiarity with Google Analytics, Google AdWords (now Google Ads), and marketing automation tools.
- Skilled in content creation using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for visual assets; basic knowledge of HTML is a plus.
- Experience managing e-commerce websites using WordPress or similar CMS platforms; familiarity with HTML coding is advantageous.
- Strong research skills combined with excellent copywriting abilities tailored for diverse audiences.
- Knowledge of performance marketing metrics and the ability to analyze data for continuous improvement.
- Background in B2B marketing strategies with an emphasis on product promotion and lead generation is preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines within a collaborative team environment.
