Role & Responsibilities:

We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Account Specialist who thrives at the intersection of marketing, strategy, and customer success. In this role, you’ll coach our contractor partners through onboarding, optimize their digital presence, and provide ongoing guidance to help them grow online revenue.

What You’ll Do

  • Guide new contractor partners through onboarding and digital marketing setup.
  • Coach clients on website optimization, merchandising, and seasonal promotions.
  • Analyze marketing performance data and provide actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with our Customer Success and Marketing teams to drive adoption and

engagement.

  • Build lasting relationships that help contractors feel confident, supported, and successful on our platform.

What You’ll Bring

  • 2–4 years in digital marketing, account management, or client success.
  • Knowledge of SEO, paid search, and social media marketing.
  • Strong communication skills — able to simplify marketing concepts for small business

owners.

  • Experience managing multiple client accounts and priorities.
  • Curiosity, empathy, and a proactive mindset.

Bonus Points If You Have

  • SaaS, e-commerce, or home services marketing experience, especially HVAC, Plumbing and Electrical.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot, Customer.io, or similar tools.
  • A knack for creating repeatable playbooks and resources.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
