In this role, you&rsquo;ll coach our contractor partners through onboarding, optimize their digital presence, and provide ongoing guidance to help them grow online revenue.What You&rsquo;ll Do<ul><li>Guide new contractor partners through onboarding and digital marketing setup.</li></ul><ul><li>Coach clients on website optimization, merchandising, and seasonal promotions.</li></ul><ul><li>Analyze marketing performance data and provide actionable insights.</li></ul><ul><li>Collaborate with our Customer Success and Marketing teams to drive adoption and</li></ul>engagement.<ul><li>Build lasting relationships that help contractors feel confident, supported, and successful on our platform.</li></ul>What You&rsquo;ll Bring<ul><li>2&ndash;4 years in digital marketing, account management, or client success.</li></ul><ul><li>Knowledge of SEO, paid search, and social media marketing.</li></ul><ul><li>Strong communication skills &mdash; able to simplify marketing concepts for small business</li></ul>owners.<ul><li>Experience managing multiple client accounts and priorities.</li></ul><ul><li>Curiosity, empathy, and a proactive mindset.</li></ul>Bonus Points If You Have<ul><li>SaaS, e-commerce, or home services marketing experience, especially HVAC, Plumbing and Electrical.</li></ul><ul><li>Familiarity with HubSpot, Customer.io, or similar tools.</li></ul><ul><li>A knack for creating repeatable playbooks and resources.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: Remote
