Location: Elite Health and Fitness – Stoughton, MA
Elite Health and Fitness is looking for a creative, strategic, and community-driven part-time team member to lead our member outreach, branding, and digital engagement efforts. This position blends fitness culture with digital marketing — perfect for someone who loves connecting people, creating great content, and growing a brand both online and in the community.
You’ll manage the look, feel, and energy of our brand — from our social media channels to in-gym events — while helping to generate awareness, engagement, and local visibility through partnerships and SEO-driven content.
The selected candidate will begin immediately (ASAP) to learn our systems, branding standards, and partnerships, with the goal of fully taking on the role independently by the end of the year.
Digital Marketing & Branding
Manage and schedule content through Meta Business Suite for Facebook and Instagram.
Create engaging photo, video, and written content that reflects our energetic and professional brand voice.
Collaborate with our outside media and revenue generation partner, DRS, to ensure consistent brand strategy and campaign alignment.
Use SEO best practices to improve website visibility, blog posts, and local search performance.
Print & Digital Marketing
Develop monthly newsletters, flyers, and in-gym promotions.
Support the creation of print and digital materials for new programs, membership promotions, and events.
Community & Member Engagement
Work closely with the Group X department to coordinate and promote events such as Les Mills quarterly launches, charity fundraisers, and themed workout classes.
Plan monthly community engagement initiatives to strengthen member connection and brand loyalty.
Build partnerships with local businesses for cross-promotional opportunities.
Website & Communication
Update the website with class schedules, announcements, and promotional campaigns.
Ensure consistent messaging, brand visuals, and timely communication across all platforms.
General Club Support
Occasionally assist with front desk or event activities to stay connected to the member experience.
A creative, organized, and tech-savvy individual passionate about health, fitness, and digital media.
Experience with social media management (Meta Business Suite) and digital content creation.
Working knowledge of SEO, analytics, and web optimization strategies.
Ability to collaborate with external partners such as DRS on advertising and brand campaigns.
Proficiency in Canva, Google Workspace, and preferably WordPress or other CMS platforms.
Excellent communication and project management skills.
Part-time position: approximately 15-25 hours per week, flexible scheduling.
Competitive hourly rate based on experience.
