Position Summary

As the Creative Brand Manager, you’ll be the imaginative force behind our brand identity and guest engagement. You’ll craft compelling campaigns that bring our vacation lifestyle to life, inspire our members to travel more, and keep our brand ahead of the curve.

Brand Leadership & Strategy

  • Define and evolve the visual identity, tone, and storytelling across all member-facing experiences.
  • Develop and maintain brand standards and creative guardrails to ensure consistency across digital, print, social, and in-resort touchpoints.
  • Lead brand positioning and ensure every campaign aligns with company goals and our brand promise.
  • Track marketing, travel, and digital trends to bring fresh, innovative ideas into campaigns and member engagement strategies.

Creative Direction

  • Lead creative development for all marketing channels from email and eblast campaigns to landing pages, social content, video, and experiential activations.
  • Partner with designers, copywriters, and external agencies to concept and produce best-in-class creative assets that inspire travel and loyalty.
  • Provide the final “brand pass” on all content, ensuring every deliverable meets brand voice, design standards, and emotional impact goals.
  • Own the creative calendar and oversee production workflows, approvals, and launch timelines.

Marketing & Communications

  • Oversee all brand communications including email marketing, social media, digital campaigns, surveys, newsletters, and website content.
  • Develop and manage a comprehensive eblast calendar crafting compelling copy, visuals, and CTAs that drive engagement and bookings.
  • Guide storytelling and community building across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and emerging social channels.
  • Supervise website and landing page updates ensuring all promotions, images, and offers reflect current campaigns and accurate resort information.
  • Manage the response process across social and digital platforms to maintain an authentic, responsive brand voice.
  • Develop and execute member surveys and feedback loops that inform creative direction and enhance guest satisfaction.

Campaign Development & Execution

  • Lead creative strategy for seasonal campaigns, promotions, new resort launches, and partnership initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and resort partners to translate ideas into impactful, data-driven campaigns.
  • Curate and manage a 12-month content roadmap integrating social media, email, and digital experiences.
  • Test, track, and optimize marketing campaigns — providing regular insights on engagement, conversion, and ROI.

Analytics & Optimization

  • Create and maintain dashboards tracking performance across email, social, and web channels.
  • Analyze data to measure the effectiveness of eblasts, campaigns, and offers identifying opportunities for creative and strategic improvement.
  • Share monthly reports on key metrics (engagement, conversions) with leadership and resort partners.
  • Apply data insights to continuously refine creative strategies and content performance.

Leadership & Team Development

  • Mentor all creative consultants, fostering collaboration, accountability, and innovation.
  • Build scalable workflows and adopt creative tools or AI-driven processes to streamline content production.
  • Champion a positive, idea-driven team culture rooted in curiosity, creativity, and continuous learning.

Budget & Resource Ownership

  • Manage the brand and creative budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to achieve both brand equity and measurable business growth.
  • Oversee external vendors, freelancers, and agencies, negotiating effectively and ensuring creative excellence.

  • Seamless Digital Experience: A streamlined and visually consistent digital ecosystem with compelling email designs, optimized landing pages, and a website that brings our resort experiences to life while driving conversions.
  • Strategic Content Roadmap: A clear, forward-looking content and campaign calendar that aligns creative storytelling with business goals, supporting growth in member engagement, resort bookings, and brand partnerships.
  • Data-Driven Performance: Robust analytics and reporting processes that translate creative efforts into measurable impact, guiding smarter marketing decisions and continuous optimization.

Preferred Education & Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in brand, creative, or marketing leadership — ideally within hospitality, travel, lifestyle, or consumer brands (CPG).
  • Proven ability to shape distinctive brands and deliver high-impact creative work across digital, print, and experiential channels.
  • A hands-on, strategic leader who thrives in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment and balances big-picture vision with day-to-day execution.
  • Strong command of marketing fundamentals, with an eye for design, storytelling, and digital engagement best practices.
  • Experience managing email marketing, SEO, website content, and integrated digital ecosystems (landing pages, e-commerce, social).
  • Skilled at analyzing campaign performance and translating insights into actionable creative and strategic improvements.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills, with the ability to inspire cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Canva, Monday, Constant Contact, WordPress, and HTML basics; Adobe Creative Suite a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field preferred.
  • A genuine passion for travel, hospitality, and creating extraordinary guest experiences.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
