Crowdvest LLC is currently seeking qualified in-house counsel to oversee and manage the company&rsquo;s expanding legal needs across our portfolio and operations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in real estate and corporate law, with experience handling both transactional and litigation matters.The responsibilities of this position will include, but are not limited to:<ul><li>Oversight of all litigation matters involving the company or its affiliates.</li><li>Review, drafting, and negotiation of property leases, purchase and sale agreements, and related transactional documents.</li><li>Coordination and management of evictions and tenant disputes.</li><li>Preparation and review of investor documents, operating agreements, and subscription agreements.</li><li>Ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations relevant to real estate syndications and investment offerings.</li><li>Providing legal guidance on contracts, vendor relationships, and joint venture agreements.</li><li>Managing risk mitigation strategies and maintaining appropriate internal controls.</li><li>Advising on corporate governance and entity structuring across Crowdvest&rsquo;s portfolio holdings.</li></ul>This role will serve as a key partner to our executive and acquisitions teams, ensuring that all company activities are conducted with the highest legal and ethical standards.Job Type: Full-timePay: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per yearWork Location: In person
