In-House Counsel (Real Estate & Corporate Law)

Crowdvest LLC is currently seeking qualified in-house counsel to oversee and manage the company’s expanding legal needs across our portfolio and operations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in real estate and corporate law, with experience handling both transactional and litigation matters.

The responsibilities of this position will include, but are not limited to:

• Oversight of all litigation matters involving the company or its affiliates.
• Review, drafting, and negotiation of property leases, purchase and sale agreements, and related transactional documents.
• Coordination and management of evictions and tenant disputes.
• Preparation and review of investor documents, operating agreements, and subscription agreements.
• Ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations relevant to real estate syndications and investment offerings.
• Providing legal guidance on contracts, vendor relationships, and joint venture agreements.
• Managing risk mitigation strategies and maintaining appropriate internal controls.
• Advising on corporate governance and entity structuring across Crowdvest’s portfolio holdings.

This role will serve as a key partner to our executive and acquisitions teams, ensuring that all company activities are conducted with the highest legal and ethical standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
