The company maintains a focus on accuracy, compliance, and timely financial reporting.Job Summary: The Accounts Payable Officer will be responsible for managing vendor invoices, processing payments, and maintaining accurate financial records. The role involves ensuring compliance with internal policies and supporting the finance team with day-to-day accounting tasks.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Verify and process supplier invoices, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation.</li><li>Prepare and execute payment runs in accordance with payment schedules.</li><li>Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.</li><li>Maintain up-to-date records of all accounts payable transactions.</li><li>Assist in month-end closing and provide required reports to management.</li><li>Support internal and external audit processes by providing relevant documentation.</li><li>Communicate with vendors and internal departments to resolve payment or billing issues.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.</li><li>Minimum 2 years of experience in accounts payable or general accounting.</li><li>Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.</li></ul>Work Environment: Office-based position in Doha, Qatar.
