We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Executive (Male or Female) with a solid accounting background to promote and expand our portfolio of services; Accounting, Bookkeeping, Internal Audit, Payroll, Business Advisory, and Startup Consultancy to businesses across Qatar.
The ideal candidate will combine strong marketing skills with a good understanding of financial services, enabling them to communicate our value proposition effectively to business owners and decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Lead Generation
- Identify, engage, and convert potential clients requiring accounting, bookkeeping, internal audit, and advisory services.
- Conduct B2B visits, meetings, and presentations to business owners and decision-makers.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and achieve monthly/quarterly lead-conversation targets.
- Identify and build business partnership opportunities with other consultants and service providers.
Client Engagement & Relationship Building
- Develop long-term professional relationships with corporate clients and SMEs.
- Provide accurate information on company services, pricing, and value-added benefits.
- Follow up with potential leads and ensure timely closure of deals.
- Represent the company in business networking events, exhibitions, and professional gatherings.
Marketing & Reporting
- Collaborate with the Business Development Manager (BDM) for daily planning, execution, and reporting.
- Support digital and offline marketing activities including social media promotions, email campaigns, and content sharing.
- Maintain accurate client interaction reports through CRM or internal systems.
- Prepare weekly performance reports and highlight achievements, challenges, and opportunities.
Qualifications & Skills Required
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or Marketing (Accounting background is highly recommended).
- 2–5 years of proven experience in accounting, marketing, sales, or business development in Qatar preferably in financial services or consulting.
Skills:
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English, Hindi, and Malayalam.
- Arabic language proficiency is a strong advantage.
- Knowledge of Qatar business environment and compliance requirements.
- Ability to explain service benefits in a simple, convincing manner.
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and basic MS Office.
Other Requirements
- Valid Qatar Driving License and own car are mandatory.
- Must have QID with NOC or be eligible for secondment.
- Must be available to join immediately.
- Willing to work Saturday to Thursday.
