We will train the right candidate to succeed.Responsibilities include dispatching for plumbing services, data entry, invoicing, closing orders, communication with technicians, and customer service.Essential Duties &amp; Responsibilities:<ul><li>Fully computer literate - familiar with PC and easily adapt to multiple systems</li><li>Problem Resolution- resolve general customer issues using multiple resources</li><li>Monitor/Maintain queue, ensuring necessary job duties are completed</li><li>Process electronic invoices, required permits, and assist with inventory management</li><li>Ensure all work is completed accurately in compliance with client specifications and company policies</li></ul>Competencies:<ul><li>Strong organization, computer, written, and verbal communication skills a must!</li><li>Strong customer service and team management skills</li><li>Ability to work in a fast paced and demanding environment</li><li>Proficient PC Skills including (not limited to) MS Word, MS Excel, email, internet and customized database management</li><li>Must demonstrate organization and prioritization skills to manage time efficiently.</li></ul>Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hourEducation:<ul><li>High school or equivalent (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Microsoft Excel: 1 year (Preferred)</li><li>Data Entry: 1 year (Preferred)</li><li>Dispatching: 1 year (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
