Plumbing Dispatcher and Data Entry

We are currently looking for a qualified individual to learn and grow with us to start taking on an active role within the office. We will train the right candidate to succeed.

Responsibilities include dispatching for plumbing services, data entry, invoicing, closing orders, communication with technicians, and customer service.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Fully computer literate - familiar with PC and easily adapt to multiple systems
• Problem Resolution- resolve general customer issues using multiple resources
• Monitor/Maintain queue, ensuring necessary job duties are completed
• Process electronic invoices, required permits, and assist with inventory management
• Ensure all work is completed accurately in compliance with client specifications and company policies

Competencies:

• Strong organization, computer, written, and verbal communication skills a must!
• Strong customer service and team management skills
• Ability to work in a fast paced and demanding environment
• Proficient PC Skills including (not limited to) MS Word, MS Excel, email, internet and customized database management
• Must demonstrate organization and prioritization skills to manage time efficiently.

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Microsoft Excel: 1 year (Preferred)
• Data Entry: 1 year (Preferred)
• Dispatching: 1 year (Preferred)
