Our Kuwait City office plays a central role in delivering complex projects, ensuring operational resilience, and driving sustainable growth across the GCC.Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Project Director (Oil &amp; Gas EPC) to lead large-scale EPC projects, oversee governance frameworks, and align project delivery with organizational goals. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to deliver complex oil &amp; gas projects on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of safety and compliance.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Project Strategy: Define and implement EPC project frameworks across engineering, procurement, and construction phases.</li><li>Execution Oversight: Lead project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.</li><li>Risk Management: Identify project risks and propose mitigation strategies.</li><li>Compliance: Ensure adherence to GCC regulations, ISO standards, and industry-specific safety requirements.</li><li>Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with clients, regulators, and internal teams to align project goals with business objectives.</li><li>Innovation Leadership: Drive adoption of digital project management tools and advanced EPC methodologies.</li><li>Performance Monitoring: Track KPIs, project milestones, and delivery metrics.</li><li>Team Leadership: Mentor project managers and engineers, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s or Master&rsquo;s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field.</li><li>15+ years of EPC project management experience, with at least 7 years in a senior leadership role.</li><li>Strong knowledge of EPC frameworks and GCC oil &amp; gas environments.</li><li>Expertise in project execution, risk management, and compliance.</li><li>Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic problem-solving skills.</li><li>Experience in multinational or regional oil &amp; gas organizations preferred.</li></ul>Why Join Us?<ul><li>Be part of a company driving EPC excellence in Kuwait City.</li><li>Lead transformative initiatives in a dynamic and growing oil &amp; gas environment.</li><li>Competitive salary and benefits package.</li><li>Opportunity to shape CRSP Tech Law&rsquo;s EPC project vision and long-term strategy.</li></ul>Pay: KD3,500.000 - KD5,500.000 per monthWork Location: In person
