Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Director (Oil & Gas EPC) to lead large-scale EPC projects, oversee governance frameworks, and align project delivery with organizational goals. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to deliver complex oil & gas projects on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of safety and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Strategy: Define and implement EPC project frameworks across engineering, procurement, and construction phases.
• Execution Oversight: Lead project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Risk Management: Identify project risks and propose mitigation strategies.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to GCC regulations, ISO standards, and industry-specific safety requirements.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with clients, regulators, and internal teams to align project goals with business objectives.
• Innovation Leadership: Drive adoption of digital project management tools and advanced EPC methodologies.
• Performance Monitoring: Track KPIs, project milestones, and delivery metrics.
• Team Leadership: Mentor project managers and engineers, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field.
• 15+ years of EPC project management experience, with at least 7 years in a senior leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of EPC frameworks and GCC oil & gas environments.
• Expertise in project execution, risk management, and compliance.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic problem-solving skills.
• Experience in multinational or regional oil & gas organizations preferred.

Pay: KD3,500.000 - KD5,500.000 per month
