Project Manager (Kuwait)

Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of IT projects from initiation through completion. The role focuses on driving project execution, aligning technical deliverables with business priorities, and ensuring high-quality outcomes while maintaining timelines and budgets.

Key Accountabilities

• Drive end-to-end project execution across the software development lifecycle
• Define project objectives, scope, schedules, and resource plans
• Manage and guide cross-functional teams, ensuring collaboration and productivity
• Act as the central communication point for all project stakeholders
• Evaluate project performance, manage risks, and implement corrective actions when needed
• Oversee budget planning, cost tracking, and efficient resource allocation
• Ensure all deliverables meet defined quality standards and organizational guidelines
• Deliver timely status updates, reports, and insights to leadership and stakeholders

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a similar field
• 5 to 8 years of hands-on experience managing software or IT projects
• Strong familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and/or traditional project methodologies
• Proven ability to deliver complex projects in a structured environment
• Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum are advantageous
