</p><p><b>Your Role:
</b></p><p><b>1. Governance and statutory compliance
</b></p><ul><li>Maintain all governance-related documentation and ensure timely submissions.
</li><li>Prepare process documents for all governance and compliance processes to ensure consistency and audit readiness.
</li><li>Prepare project summaries and annual impact reports for Trustee reporting.
</li></ul><p><b>2. Financial and MIS reporting
</b></p><ul><li>Co-ordinate with Finance HO for disbursal details, income &amp; expenditure, and variance explanations.
</li><li>Coordinate with Finance and project partners for utilization reports and statutory financial information required by overseas entities.
</li><li>Ensure all statutory and project-related financial documentation is maintained with accuracy.
</li><li>Contribute to annual budget preparation and draft Trustee resolutions for approval.
</li></ul><p><b>3. Vendor co-ordination
</b></p><ul><li>Work with project partners to obtain agreements, grant intimation letters, recommendation letters, impact updates, and utilization certificates as per timelines.
</li><li>Ensure vendor payments are processed on time.
</li><li>Liaise with vendors for backend support related to systems, data, and reporting.
</li></ul><p><b>4. Reporting &amp; Documentation
</b></p><ul><li>Prepare monthly MIS on actuals vs budget with variance analysis.
</li><li>Ensure complete documentation for all governance, reporting, and compliance workflows.
</li><li>Maintain organized records for audits, internal review, and Trustee meetings.
</li></ul><p><b>You:
</b></p><ul><li>You must be Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce, Finance, Management, or related field.
</li><li>3&ndash;6 years of experience in governance, compliance, finance support, or development sector operations.
</li><li>Experience working with international entities/charities (preferred but not mandatory)
</li><li>Strong understanding of governance, compliance, and statutory processes.
</li><li>Ability to work with financial data, MIS reporting, and variance analysis.
</li><li>Excellent documentation, coordination, and follow-up skills.
</li><li>Strong attention to detail, process orientation, and organizational skills.
</li><li>Ability to independently manage timelines and interfaces across departments.</li></ul></div></div></div>
