Your Role:
1. Governance and statutory compliance
- Maintain all governance-related documentation and ensure timely submissions.
- Prepare process documents for all governance and compliance processes to ensure consistency and audit readiness.
- Prepare project summaries and annual impact reports for Trustee reporting.
2. Financial and MIS reporting
- Co-ordinate with Finance HO for disbursal details, income & expenditure, and variance explanations.
- Coordinate with Finance and project partners for utilization reports and statutory financial information required by overseas entities.
- Ensure all statutory and project-related financial documentation is maintained with accuracy.
- Contribute to annual budget preparation and draft Trustee resolutions for approval.
3. Vendor co-ordination
- Work with project partners to obtain agreements, grant intimation letters, recommendation letters, impact updates, and utilization certificates as per timelines.
- Ensure vendor payments are processed on time.
- Liaise with vendors for backend support related to systems, data, and reporting.
4. Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare monthly MIS on actuals vs budget with variance analysis.
- Ensure complete documentation for all governance, reporting, and compliance workflows.
- Maintain organized records for audits, internal review, and Trustee meetings.
You:
- You must be Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce, Finance, Management, or related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in governance, compliance, finance support, or development sector operations.
- Experience working with international entities/charities (preferred but not mandatory)
- Strong understanding of governance, compliance, and statutory processes.
- Ability to work with financial data, MIS reporting, and variance analysis.
- Excellent documentation, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Strong attention to detail, process orientation, and organizational skills.
- Ability to independently manage timelines and interfaces across departments.
