Role Overview Build and maintain full-stack web applications using the MERN stack with a strong focus on scalable backend systems, secure authentication, and real-time communication features. Work involves designing APIs, handling database architecture with PostgreSQL, and implementing peer-to-peer communication using WebRTC.Core Responsibilities<ul><li>Develop frontend interfaces using React.js with clean state management and component architecture</li><li>Build backend services using Node.js and Express.js</li><li>Design and manage relational databases using PostgreSQL (schema design, indexing, query optimization)</li><li>Implement secure authentication and authorization using JWT (token lifecycle, refresh tokens, role-based access)</li><li>Develop real-time communication features using WebRTC (peer connection, signaling, media streams)</li><li>Create RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services where needed</li><li>Optimize performance across frontend and backend layers</li><li>Write reusable, testable, and efficient code</li><li>Debug, troubleshoot, and maintain existing systems</li></ul>Technical Requirements<ul><li>Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+)</li><li>Hands-on experience with MongoDB and PostgreSQL (focus on PostgreSQL preferred)</li><li>Solid understanding of Node.js event loop, async programming, and API design</li><li>Experience with JWT authentication (access/refresh tokens, middleware protection)</li><li>Knowledge of WebRTC fundamentals (ICE candidates, STUN/TURN servers, SDP exchange)</li><li>Familiarity with Git version control</li><li>Understanding of HTTP, WebSockets, and browser APIs</li></ul>Preferred Skills<ul><li>Experience with Docker and containerized deployments</li><li>Knowledge of Redis for caching or session management</li><li>Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines</li><li>Understanding of system design and scalability</li></ul>Pay: Rs120,000.00 - Rs180,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>How many years of experience do you have in software development?</li><li>What is the best technical achievement you are most proud of?</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>MERN Stack: 1 year (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: Remote
