Python Django Developer

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Python Django Developer to join our engineering team. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications and APIs using Python and Django. The ideal candidate has strong backend development experience, a solid understanding of databases, and a passion for building reliable software.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain web applications using Python and Django.
• Design and implement RESTful APIs.
• Build scalable and secure backend systems.
• Optimize application performance and database queries.
• Collaborate with frontend developers, designers, and product managers.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues.
• Participate in code reviews and technical discussions.

Required Skills

• Strong experience with Python and Django.
• Experience with Django REST Framework (DRF).
• Solid understanding of PostgreSQL and database design.
• Knowledge of REST APIs and web services.
• Familiarity with Git and version control workflows.
• Understanding of authentication, authorization, and security best practices.
• Experience working with Linux environments.
• Good problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Docker and containerized deployments.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Experience with Celery, Redis, and background task processing.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of frontend technologies such as React or Vue.js.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• 2+ years of professional Django development experience.

Pay: Rs120,000.00 - Rs180,000.00 per month
