Job Title: Sales Manager &ndash; High-End Property SalesLocation: Belapur, Navi Mumbai Job Type: Full-timeAbout the Role:We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to lead sales for premium and luxury real estate projects in Navi Mumbai. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in real estate sales, a network of HNI/NRI clients, and proven expertise in closing high-value deals.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Drive sales of high-end residential/commercial properties in Navi Mumbai.</li><li>Build and manage relationships with High Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs), NRIs, corporate clients, and investors.</li><li>Generate qualified leads through personal networking, referrals, and property portals.</li><li>Conduct client meetings, site visits, and property presentations to convert leads into closures.</li><li>Negotiate deals and ensure smooth documentation &amp; payment processes.</li><li>Collaborate with marketing teams for campaigns, events, and exhibitions targeting luxury property buyers.</li><li>Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing strategies.</li><li>Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.</li><li>Mentor and guide junior sales executives to improve team performance.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>5&ndash;8 years of experience in real estate sales, preferably in luxury or premium projects.</li><li>Proven track record of closing high-value property transactions.</li><li>Strong network of HNI, NRI, and corporate clients in Navi Mumbai / Mumbai.</li><li>Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.</li><li>Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-centric.</li><li>Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Marathi is preferred.</li><li>Graduate / MBA in Sales, Marketing, or related field.</li></ul>Key Skills:<ul><li>Luxury Property Sales</li><li>Client Relationship Management</li><li>Negotiation &amp; Closing</li><li>Networking with HNI / NRI Clients</li><li>Team Leadership &amp; Mentoring</li></ul>Salary &amp; Benefits:<ul><li>Competitive Salary Package depending on experience)</li><li>Attractive Incentives &amp; Performance Bonuses</li><li>Opportunity to work on premium real estate projects with reputed developers</li><li>Career growth into senior leadership roles</li></ul>Contact - 9152160177Job Type: Full-timePay: Up to &#8377;45,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
