As the company grows, our team grows with it.The Role Join Crystal Glow as a Residential Window Cleaning Technician and play a direct role in shaping the foundation of a growing company. This is a field-driven position requiring mobility, consistency, and attention to detail.You will be equipped with professional tools and systems, along with full training to ensure execution at a high standard.What You&rsquo;ll Do<ul><li>Safely operate cleaning equipment, including ladders and height-access tools</li><li>Clean residential windows, screens, sills, and frames to a streak-free standard</li><li>Inspect windows for damage or irregularities and communicate findings clearly</li><li>Deliver a professional, respectful customer experience at every property</li><li>Maintain organization and cleanliness of all tools and job sites</li><li>Follow strict safety protocols when working at heights</li><li>Support additional light property maintenance tasks when needed</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Must have a presentable, reliable truck capable of transporting equipment (required)</li><li>Comfortable working at heights; lift experience is a plus</li><li>Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work</li><li>Physically capable of handling a full day of movement, climbing, and lifting</li><li>Clear, professional communication with customers and team members</li><li>Positive, coachable attitude with a strong work ethic</li><li>Ideal for individuals early in their career with high energy and a drive to grow within a fast-paced team</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Prior cleaning, janitorial, or service-based experience is a plus, but not required</li><li>Full training is provided for the right individual</li></ul>Pay: $3,100.00 - $3,300.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>On-the-job training</li><li>Opportunities for advancement</li><li>Paid training</li><li>Professional development assistance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
