The Role
Join Crystal Glow as a Residential Window Cleaning Technician and play a direct role in shaping the foundation of a growing company. This is a field-driven position requiring mobility, consistency, and attention to detail.

You will be equipped with professional tools and systems, along with full training to ensure execution at a high standard.

What You’ll Do

• Safely operate cleaning equipment, including ladders and height-access tools
• Clean residential windows, screens, sills, and frames to a streak-free standard
• Inspect windows for damage or irregularities and communicate findings clearly
• Deliver a professional, respectful customer experience at every property
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of all tools and job sites
• Follow strict safety protocols when working at heights
• Support additional light property maintenance tasks when needed

Requirements

• Must have a presentable, reliable truck capable of transporting equipment (required)
• Comfortable working at heights; lift experience is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work
• Physically capable of handling a full day of movement, climbing, and lifting
• Clear, professional communication with customers and team members
• Positive, coachable attitude with a strong work ethic
• Ideal for individuals early in their career with high energy and a drive to grow within a fast-paced team

Experience

• Prior cleaning, janitorial, or service-based experience is a plus, but not required
• Full training is provided for the right individual

Pay: $3,100.00 - $3,300.00 per month
