This is a dynamic, front-facing role where design expertise meets luxury retail. You will not be desk-bound; instead, you will actively engage with our elite clientele, guiding them through our collections and designing bespoke spaces that integrate Crystal House&rsquo;s signature aesthetic.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Client Consultation: Act as a luxury design consultant, offering expert guidance on furniture, lighting, and decor selections within the showroom.</li><li>Design Conceptualization: Develop customized interior concepts, mood boards, and detailed floor plans tailored to client requirements.</li><li>3D Visualization: Create high-quality 3D renders and visualizations to help clients envision Crystal House products within their own homes.</li><li>Technical Precision: Ensure all designs are technically sound, providing accurate drawings for custom furniture or lighting installations.</li><li>Sales Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and procurement teams to bridge the gap between design vision and product availability.</li><li>Trend Leadership: Maintain a deep understanding of global luxury trends in architecture and interior design to offer innovative, forward-thinking advice.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Education: Degree in Architecture or Interior Design from a recognized institution.</li><li>Experience: Minimum 3&ndash;5 years of experience in interior design, specifically within luxury retail or high-end residential projects.</li><li>Technical Software Proficiency: Advanced skills in AutoCAD and SketchUp are mandatory.
