Customer Service &amp; Interaction<ul><li>Warmly welcome clients upon entering the showroom.</li><li>Provide expert insights into products&mdash;showcasing craftsmanship, design, and benefits.</li><li>Understand customer needs to offer tailored luxury solutions.</li><li>Build trust through active engagement, fostering long-term client relationships.</li><li>Follow up post-visit to ensure satisfaction and encourage future visits.</li><li>Collect and relay customer feedback to management for continual improvement.</li><li>Maintain professionalism across all communication channels&mdash;face-to-face, phone, and digital.</li></ul>2. Showroom &amp; Communication Management<ul><li>Keep showroom displays pristine and aligned with brand standards.</li><li>Verify that price tags, product codes, and descriptions are current and accurate.</li><li>Attend the company mobile during working hours for calls, WhatsApp messages, and inquiries.</li><li>Post-working hours, promptly acknowledge inquiries and ensure delegation for follow-up.</li><li>Log all customer communications and share them with management for tracking.</li></ul>3. Sales &amp; Reporting<ul><li>Work proactively to meet and exceed individual and showroom sales targets.</li><li>Prepare and issue quotations, invoices, and receipts according to policy.</li><li>Maintain thorough records of customer interactions and sales activity.</li><li>Submit daily sales activity reports for review.</li></ul>4. Product Knowledge &amp; Market Awareness<ul><li>Develop comprehensive knowledge of Crystal House&rsquo;s collections.</li><li>Stay informed on new arrivals and design trends in luxury d&eacute;cor, lighting, and furnishings.</li></ul>5. Teamwork &amp; Collaboration<ul><li>Support your teammates during high-traffic periods.</li><li>Share client insights and market observations with management.</li><li>Engage actively in training sessions, workshops, and team meetings.</li></ul>6.
